Night School is in Session

RB_Night_School_Update1.jpgToday was the first day in the water after two days of 60 mph winds. Red Bull Night School is finally underway. There was a swell running and conditions got better...the wind dropped to 50 mph. After being cooped up in the house with a chef at our disposal it was nice to get out and work off a few of those meals. Raven Lundy and Lucas Rogers gave a quick clinic and the teams got to work. And for as windy as it was, everybody had one heck of a time.

Red Bull Night School Testimonials:

"It's unreal! I feel like a few good waves help progress you surfing so much.  The wind was brutal today but we are hoping the waves are pumping instead tomorrow.  Surf all day, gourmet meals, good people, this trip is killer."

Scott Drake, Liquid Dreams Surf Shop
"The tow-ats ere are sooo sick. I got tons of speed and fell really hard. Thanks for inviting me."

"Today was my first full day in Nantucket and first day on a ski. I'm here to learn tow-ats from the pro's and that's what Raven & Lucas are. Those guys have it dialed in. I'm just happy to have been invited to such a well put on event. Thank you  Red Bull."

Steve O'Hara, Pioneers Board Shop
"I've been surfing for over 20 years and today allowed me to look at surfing in a whole new way. The day started with a clinic from the pros. Then it was off to a full day of thrills and spills. At the end of the day the muscles are sore but I can't wait 'til tomorrow."

"Great experience to learn more about tow surfing. What a work out!  House is beautiful, food is unreal and everything is is just tight. Good people, great times. I hope to see more events like this in the future. Thank you."

Trevor Fitzgerald, Liquid Dreams & Oakley
"Tow-ats, what you see on the videos is deceiving. I compare two 1-hour tow sessions to 8 hours of surfing."
