Honors Abound At 2008 Surfer Poll

It was a hell of a night for the Red Bull crew at the 2008 Surfer Poll and Video Awards. In a nutshell Sofia Mulanovich was voted the most popular female by the readers of Surfer Magazine, while Mick Fanning finished runner-up behind Kelly Slater, Andy Irons took fifth, and Bruce Irons rounded out the crew with a respectable seventh place finish. And as far as video awards go, Ian Walsh was awarded the Heavy Water award for his bravado in Tahiti.
